Entry into the QM system

Objective:

  • This special course, with a focus on the professional introduction of complex quality management systems / QMS, informs participants about the background, prerequisites and perspectives regarding the introduction of a certifiable quality management system in an organisation.
  • This advanced training course ends with a final examination by Certqua (DIHK).
  • After passing the examination, participants receive a certificate from CERTQUA with the title "Quality Representative for Service Management" DIN EN ISO 9000 ff.
